Bodegas Muga is one of the most emblematic wineries in this region and began producing wines in 1932.
Muga Blanco 2021 is made from the grape varieties Macabeo (90%), Malvasía (10%), and Garnacha Blanca. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone and alluvial soils.
The maceration takes place for 8 hours in a press. It is a white wine that ferments in new French oak barrels. Finally, fermentation is completed for 3 months with its lees before being bottled.
Muga Blanco is ideal for pairing with vegetables, rice dishes, fish, and seafood.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
