White Wine El Bufón de Arrayán Albillo Real is one of the wines that Bodegas Arrayán calls "Vino de Pueblo" (Village Wine). It comes from different microplots of almost century-old vineyards (over 80 years old), of the native albillo real variety located in the lower part of the municipality of Cebreros (Avila) at an altitude of 700m.

Arrayán wines seek the expression of different landscapes and their typicity. From the vineyard to the winery, all processes are taken care of: organic cultivation, manual harvest, selection of bunches, spontaneous fermentations of the grapes (without the addition of oenological products), and aging tailored to the needs of each variety; in order to obtain maximum purity and personality. The result is fine and elegant wines.
