Our whole semi-cooked duck foie gras is produced on the farm in the heart of the Atlantic Pyrenees in a small, exclusive production with character.
The ducks graze freely in the wide open spaces of the farm and are fed only with cereals grown on the property which gives the product quite remarkable flowery aromas.
A soft and melting texture with unforgettable flavours.
You can enjoy it on toast, brioche bread or a piece of gingerbread and season it with one of our rare Marie Severac salts to sublimate the finesse of its taste.
Dining and wine pairing : Served as a starter, a Champagne will be its perfect companion. Served as an entremet a Sauternes must-have will be ideal.
