The yellow skewer seasoning, without additives, is ideal for pork, chicken and beef. They give the meat a flavour reminiscent of Arabic food.
This spice mix is composed of: Cumin, salt, white pepper, coriander, turmeric, cayenne, fennel, cloves, peppercorn husk and cornmeal.
How to use: Spread the meat in olive oil, sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of this spice on top. Leave to rest for 1-2 hours and ready to cook.
