Making process:
Harvesting by hand. Double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Destemming. Traditional alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28º in stainless steel tanks. Daily pumping over for colour extraction and temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks
Sensory analysis:
Cherry red. Clean and bright. Elegant fruity aroma with notes of vanilla, spices, cocoa and roasted notes. Meaty in the mouth with well-integrated tannins. Long and persistent finish
