Instructions for use

Tulsi has a spiced flavor, with a touch of mint, licorice, and clove. Tulsi tea is made with the plant's leaves, and the traditional way to prepare it is by making an infusion with the powdered leaf and hot water (1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water), straining it, and it's ready. It can be served cold or hot, alone or accompanied by other herbs or spices such as ginger, cinnamon, cilantro, or anise. Take 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach with hot water.
