Glutamine Mg2 by Big Nutrition is a powder supplement with kiwi flavor that contains quality Kyowa® glutamine, along with Albion® magnesium, achieving a more effective and bioavailable product than conventional glutamine. L-Glutamine (Kyowa), magnesium bisglycinate, citric acid E-330 (acidity regulator), flavor, sodium bicarbonate (additive), pH-regulator (dried extract of umeboshi plum, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, magnesium citrate), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), and sucralose E-955 (sweetener).
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix one 5-gram serving with between 150 and 200 ml of water and take about 30 minutes before training. Take an additional 10-gram serving after training, and another 5-gram serving before going to bed.
