Directions for use

As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, take one 32g serving (1 level scoop) mixed with 350ml of water and consume just before bedtime. Use 100% Casein Gold Standard in the morning upon waking up, just before bedtime, and during the day in small meals and/or whenever you need a slower protein absorption. Each day, you should consume approximately 1 to 2 grams per kilogram of body weight. The average protein requirement for a healthy adult with regular physical activity is between 0.75 and 2 grams/kilogram. If you engage in endurance sports, the protein intake should be between 1.6 to 2 grams/kilogram. If you engage in strength sports, it should be between 1.2 to 2 grams/kilogram.
