Relax + from the Amix™ Performance Series is a capsule supplement designed to improve nighttime rest and promote a state of relaxation that combines 1.5 mg of melatonin and 200 mg of passionflower per dose of one capsule.
Melatonin is a hormone that plays many important roles in health, from helping to sleep better to strengthening the immune system by slowing down brain aging, reducing migraine attacks, protecting bone mass, and preventing the proliferation of cancer cells. A deficiency of exposure to sunlight during the day, combined with artificial lighting until late at night, disrupts our biological clock and, therefore, melatonin production, and this disruption can cause a series of adverse health effects.
Passionflower has calming effects, induces sleep, and relieves muscle spasms, helping to have uninterrupted nighttime rest.
