Directions for use
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults, mix one 30-gram serving with between 200 and 250 ml of water and shake with a shaker for 20 seconds or until completely dissolved, then drink immediately. For a stronger flavor with more body and sweetness, use less water. For a milder flavor and a less sweet shake, use more water. Depending on protein needs, it is recommended to take between 1 and 3 daily doses, preferably in the morning upon waking, after training, and before bedtime.
