Xellent is a Swiss vodka that uses 2 varieties of barley (picasso and matador) grown above 600m in altitude. It is distilled up to 3 times in small batches of only 400l until it reaches 96º. Afterwards, it is diluted with the purest water from the Titlis glacier, in Engelberg (central part of Switzerland).
