Organic Almond Flour is a substitute for refined flours, as it is made from peeled natural almonds. It is an ideal option for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, and it allows us to make tasty recipes.

Preparation

• In countless recipes, organic almond flour can replace any white flour, especially in sweets; it is very healthy. It is much more recommended for making bread and pastries, and it also adds more flavor.
• It has a high fiber content that makes it absorb more liquid (up to twice as much as other types of flour), so we will need to increase the amount of liquid in the recipe (between 10% and 20% more) if we use this flour.
