Chocolate with toasted Largueta almond and salt, made with organic ingredients and available in 70 g format. It contains cocoa nibs, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, almonds, salt and rice flour. The almonds are rain-fed and come from the Altiplano Estepario, in northern Granada and Almería and northwestern Murcia. After shelling, they are artisanally roasted. Their cultivation is part of a soil and landscape restoration project supported by Asociación Alvelal and Fundación Commonland, with practices such as ground cover, rainwater harvesting and planting hedgerows to attract pollinators. The cocoa comes from Nicaragua, from RACCN (North Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region), and combines Trinitario and Criollo varieties. It is grown by small producers organized in the CACAONICA R.L. cooperative, on family farms with agroforestry systems and certified organic management. Nutritional information indicates 10 g of fiber per 100 g. Contains almonds.
