ROSARITO is elaborated following the system of elaboration of the pacharán, not by the typical bleeding. Horizontal deposit with bazuqueos every 3-4 hours with 10% of whole bunches. 24 hours of maceration

All the grapes come from a single vineyard located in Revilla, with more than 45 years old and mixed Tempranillo, Garnacha and some Albillo.
