The Organic Rosé comes from the Pays d'Oc wine region. This wine is made using a quick and complete bleeding method of the juices, before being vinified at low temperature to preserve the freshness of the aromas. In the 2018 cuvée, this rosé was recognized by Jancis Robinson with a score of 16/20 and won the Silver Medal at the Mondial du Rosé as well as the Concours Général de Bruxelles. The wine is composed of Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, and Pinot grape varieties, offering a nose of wild strawberries and a palate of small tangy fruits with a fresh finish. Perfect for pairing with tapas and charcuterie, it is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
