20 apples Valven 375ml is a natural cider MADE by Bodegas Masaveu. For the elaboration of each bottle of this cider, 20 apples are selected by hand from the Rebollal plantation in Asturias. This cider ripens 12 months in barrels Bordeaux (225L) of French and American oak.
20 apples Valven 375ml is aged gold color, with copper reflections, clean and shiny.
Complex nose, very aromatic, with sweet sensations of dried fruit, oreillons (peach raisined). Predominance of citrus aromas such as passion fruit, or candied orange peel, and ripe apple.
In the mouth it has a great balance acidity/sweetness with a sweet and greedy mouth, remembering the honey. It is wide, persistent, with a complex and intense bouquet, elegant, fine, with an acidic finish that gives freshness and makes it long and unforgettable.
