Aliats is a white wine from the D.O. Valencia, created by Bodegas Enguera from the Verdil variety. This wine comes from a 15-year-old vineyard, set in a natural environment surrounded by Mediterranean forest, where the clay-limestone soils provide excellent quality to the grapes. Its production process includes destemming and crushing the grapes, followed by a small 8-hour maceration in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, the must is pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 25 days. On tasting, Aliats presents an attractive golden-yellow color, and on the nose, it is fresh and floral, offering aromas that evoke orange blossom and peach blossom, along with intense citrus notes of lime and lemon. On the palate, it stands out for its good balance, notable acidity, and great creaminess, making it the ideal accompaniment for any occasion. Its finish is long, leaving a wonderful memory that invites enjoyment without complications.
