Aliats is a white wine produced by Bodegas Enguera with Verdil in the D.O. Valencia.
The vines are 15 years old and surrounded by Mediterranean forest. Loamy-clay soils, very chalky and with a good level of organic matter.
Destemming and crushing of the grapes for a short maceration of 8 hours in stainless steel tanks. Subsequent pressing and fermentation of the must in the absence of the skins at 12ºC for 25 days.
Beautiful golden-yellow colour, very clean wine.
Aliats White is pure freshness on the nose. We find floral aromas reminiscent of orange blossom, peach blossom, but above all intense citrus notes of lime and lemon.
In the mouth it is a wine with very good balance, marked acidity, great unctuousness and elegance that makes it the ideal wine to enjoy without complications. The aftertaste is long with a wonderful aftertaste.
