Aus Tallarol is a natural organic white wine from the D.O. Alella produced by the Alta Alella winery with the Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo) grape variety.

The grapes are harvested by hand. After a light pressing to obtain the free-run juice, the characteristics of the variety are extracted through spontaneous fermentation in a clay-based cement egg.

No sulphites or any other products are added throughout the production process.
