GX is a dry red wine produced organically, made from Garnacha Negra grapes by Alta Alella. This wine is the result of a careful production process that starts with destemming the grapes. It then undergoes a 15-day maceration-fermentation at 22ºC in stainless steel tanks, which is used to extract maximum fruity aromas. After fermentation, the grapes are gently pressed and the wine is bottled immediately after completing malolactic fermentation. The tasting reveals a cherry color with violet reflections. Fruity aromas are prominent, merging with floral notes like violets. On the palate, the wine is very fruity, fresh, and well-balanced, with a fruity finish of soft tannins. It is ideal for pairing with meals or enjoying on its own.
