Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is an artisanal American distillation crafted by Lincoln Henderson. This premium bourbon redefines standards through its innovative double maturation process. Made in Louisville, Kentucky, it utilizes local mineral water and a grain mix with 72% corn. Aged initially for four to six years in American white oak barrels, it is finished for three to six months in Port wine casks from the Douro Valley in Portugal. Visually, it presents a brilliant old gold color with amber highlights, combined with a complex nose reminiscent of vanilla, caramel, raisins, and a hint of orange. Its smooth, full-bodied flavor reveals notes of toffee, chocolate, and sweet spices. Recommended to be served at 18-20°C neat or in selected cocktails.
