Apasionado by Jose Pariente is a sweet wine that surprises with its freshness and complexity. Created after efforts in the vineyard and multiple trials, it is a vibrant example of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. It comes from the first vineyards planted in Rueda over 30 years ago, which have been certified organic since 2018, ensuring a cultivation without pesticides or herbicides. This ecological approach translates into healthy soil, vital for vine nutrition. In the winery, low-temperature maceration enhances varietal aromas, and six months of lees work gives the wine a complex structure. It presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and a notable aromatic expression, combining herbal notes with exotic fruits and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, it offers a velvety sensation while maintaining the fresh, clean elegance characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc.
