The grapes come from the earliest vineyards of this variety planted in Rueda over 30 years ago, now certified organic since 2018. This cultivation is done without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, promoting a soil rich in microorganisms to extend its life and vitality. During the winemaking process, a cold maceration is performed to preserve the varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a six-month lees aging, giving it structure and complexity. The aromatic profile of the wine is exceptional, combining vegetal notes and exotic fruit with hints of freshly cut grass and a slight mineral touch.
