Discover liquid excellence with AT Roca Corpinnat Rosé Brut Nature , an authentic enological jewel that completely redefines the standards for high-end rosé sparkling wines.
Crafted by the prestigious AT Roca winery, a family project led by the renowned enologist Agustí Torelló Sibill and his son Agustí Torelló Roca, this sparkling wine is a sincere tribute to the Penedès landscape and the most rigorous organic viticulture. Belonging to the demanding Corpinnat collective brand, which guarantees excellence and origin, this Brut Nature Reserva is the result of a meticulous blend of equal parts of the indigenous varieties Macabeo and Garnacha Tinta.
The grapes come from old vineyards cultivated in a strictly sustainable and regenerative manner in the Costers de l'Ordal sub-zone, located more than 300 meters above sea level on calcareous and stony soils that provide an unmistakable minerality to the final wine. Vinification follows the most purist traditional method, with a minimum aging of 20 months on the lees in underground cellars, which gives the wine an incredibly creamy texture and a fine, elegant, and persistent bubble. Having no added dosage (Brut Nature), this sparkling wine shows the purest, driest, and most sincere expression of the Mediterranean terroir.
To the eye, it presents a subtle and brilliant pale salmon pink color with strings of fine bubbles. On the nose, it is clean and elegant, highlighting aromas of Pippin apple intertwined with vibrant notes of wild red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, along with subtle hints of bakery. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and mineral, with a perfectly balanced acidity, a creamy carbonation, and a long, dry, and persistent finish.
Terroir: Calcareous and gravel soils in Costers de l'Ordal (Penedès).
Varieties: 50% Macabeo, 50% Garnacha Tinta from organic farming.
Aging: Traditional method with a minimum of 20 months on the lees (Reserva).
Recognitions: High scores in international guides (e.g., 90 Parker Points in previous vintages).
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC in a tulip-type or white wine glass to appreciate its aromatic complexity. It is an extraordinarily versatile sparkling wine: it pairs perfectly with appetizers, Iberian ham, smoked fish, sushi (nigiris and sashimi), seafood rice dishes, and tartares.
