Avan Tinto, coming from the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin, is a red wine that reflects the authenticity of Tinta del País (Tempranillo). Made at Bodega Juan Manuel Burgos in Fuentelcésped, this wine combines tradition with minimal intervention to preserve the quality of its old pre-phylloxera clones. Organic and biodynamic vineyard management, manual harvesting, and fermentation with native yeasts are part of its careful production process. The wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels. On tasting, it shows an intense cherry red color, aromas of ripe fruits, and an elegant balsamic finish. Its powerful and balanced flavor makes it ideal to pair with roasted red meats and aged cheeses. It is best served between 16ºC and 18ºC, allowing its 1.5 L Magnum format to ensure superior evolution and longevity.
