Elaborated using the Charmat method, after a slight cold maceration, we obtain a fresh, youthful and cheerful wine, which preserves all the aromas of the variety. With a thin, elegant and persistent bubble, fruit of the naturality of the carbon dioxide and the excellent integration of this one.
