Bendito Destino El Olmar is a winemaking jewel from Ribera del Duero, conceived by the renowned sommelier Terry Kandylis. This limited production red wine, with only 569 bottles, gathers grapes from vineyards planted at over 930 meters above sea level, dating back to 1920 to 1930. Its blend includes Tempranillo, Garnacha, Valenciano, and Albillo Mayor, fermenting with indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs. For 16 months, it is aged in French oak barrels from Taransaud. It offers a Burgundy profile with notes of red fruits, roses, orange peel, and a spicy touch. With a brilliant ruby color and 12.3% alcohol, it pairs well with fine meats and sophisticated truffle dishes. It is recommended to serve between 14°C and 16°C.
