After a careful selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyards of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo, this wine made a slow and carefully controlled fermentation with periodic remounts to extract the desired color and aromas. Beronia Gran Reserva 2009 remained for 26 months in mixed French oak casks. He then completed his upbringing for 36 months in a bottle before going on the market.
Gran Reserva 2006 has a deep garnet red with cherry, high-layer, clean and shiny edges.
It is notable for its complex nose in which the black fruits assembled with spices, like nutmeg, stand out on a balsamic and mineral background.
It is elegant, fleshy and structured in the mouth with a balanced palate in which the black fruit dominates in compote with nuances of mint on a balsamic background. It is a live, fresh wine with a velvety and persistent exit.
