Blaneo Rosé is a wine from the Navarra Denomination of Origin, made with 100% Garnacha grapes by Bodegas Pagos de Araiz. This wine enters the world of rosés thanks to its careful production, beginning with the selection of grapes from vineyards averaging 70 years old, grown in Baja Montaña. These vines are situated in high areas that lend the wine notable freshness and acidity, influenced by the Pyrenean and Atlantic climates.
The harvest takes place at the optimal ripeness moment, aiming for a balance between aromatic potential and freshness, carried out at night to maintain low temperatures and avoid maceration. The must is then immediately extracted by bleeding into tanks and fermented for about 20 days at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with its lees for two months, enhancing its aromatic and flavor characteristics.
In tasting, it shows a soft pink hue with salmon colors. Visually, it is a bright and appealing wine. On the nose, white flower and yellow fruit notes stand out, offering intense, clean aroma. On the palate, Blaneo Rosé is lively and fresh, with a harmonious structure and an easy mouthfeel, complemented by balanced acidity and a long fruity finish. An ideal wine for various occasions.
