Júlia Bernet Brut Nature Ú is a sparkling wine from the Corpinnat brand, produced at the Júlia Bernet winery in Catalonia. This sparkling wine, made from xarel·lo grapes, comes from young vineyards located in the Ordal hills. The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure the optimal ripeness. After pressing, the must ferments for 20 days and rests for about 5 months before undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle for 45 days. It then undergoes a minimum aging period of 18 months, resulting in a fresh sparkling wine with a creamy texture and fine bubbles harmoniously integrated. Since 2018, it has been part of the EU Collective Brand Corpinnat, ensuring the quality of its organic sparkling wines.
