Boas Vides Blanco is a white wine from the Denomination of Origin Ribeiro, produced by Antonio Míguez Amil. This limited edition from Galicia focuses on permaculture and biodynamic viticulture. With a blend of traditional varieties like Treixadura and Albariño, each bottle offers a unique experience of minerality and freshness.
Boas Vides Blanco, one of the most exclusive wines from Galicia, is produced by Antonio Míguez Amil in the Denomination of Origin Ribeiro. With only 1,080 bottles made, it represents a true expression of the Galician minifundia, grown on granite terraces known as 'socalcos' in the Avia Valley, Ribadavia. The cultivation philosophy is based on permaculture and biodynamic viticulture, highlighting a varietal blend that captures the essence of Ribeiro with Treixadura, Lado, Albariño, Verdello Antiguo, and Albillo do Avia. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 8 months in French oak, this wine shows a bright straw-yellow color, with complex aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, and minerals. On the palate, it is broad and glyceric, with vibrant acidity and a persistent mineral finish. Boas Vides Blanco is ideal with fatty fish, seafood, and Galician cheeses, best served between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius.
