Boas Vides Mirando ao Chao is a wine jewel from Galicia, crafted by Antonio Míguez Amil. Produced in the Denomination of Origin Ribeiro, this red wine results from regenerative and artisanal viticulture. It comes from a unique vineyard in the Valle del Avia, where the vines are grown following biodynamic and permaculture principles, without synthetic chemicals. The varieties Brancellao and Caíño Longo come together to create a wine with elegant tannic structure and balsamic freshness. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and 30% whole clusters, followed by a unique aging: bottles are buried under granite, shielding them from noise and temperature. Available in a very limited edition of fewer than 600 bottles, it is ideal for lovers of mineral and complex reds. It is recommended to serve between 14°C and 16°C alongside game meats and aged cheeses.
