Obtained exclusively from holandas and spirits through a careful distillation of very selected wines from the own harvests of the José Estévez winery group. Aged in American oak boots, where the best scents of the company have previously rested. It faithfully represents the commitment of the winery group to the Marco de Jerez. Its consumption is recommended in a high glass of wine, at a temperature of white wine.
