Brión Arume is an artisanal white wine from the Ribeiro Designation of Origin, produced in the Avia valley from the Treixadura variety. It comes from vineyards located at 250 metres above sea level, on decomposed granite soils that provide finesse, freshness and a marked mineral expression. Harvesting is carried out manually in small 10 kg boxes, ensuring careful grape selection and maximum respect for the raw material.
