Brandy Carlos I Gran Reserva is elaborated on a careful selection of the best wines of Airén grape distilled in our own distillery through artisan methods in Arab alquitas. Aged in American oak casks that previously contained the most select wines of sherry, Amontillados and odorous, and thanks to the Artisan method aging of Criaderas and Solera, young distillates are mixed with other more aged, thus revealing a brandy Extraordinary.
The story of Charles I dates back to 1889 when in the city of Jerez, a master winemaker found in a corner of his cellar some mysterious casks.
Neither the master nor anyone ever knew where they came from, but instantly realized that they contained the most exquisite brandy he had ever tasted. He called him Charles because in his taste he perceived the fate of a great conqueror
Carlos I Gran Reserva has a beautiful deep amber, dotted with daring golden touches.
Intensely aromatic and elegant with delicious flavors of vanilla and cocoa.
In the mouth is persistent, balanced and complex.
