Cava Viña pomal Brut Reserva is the first Blanc de Noirs made of Garnacha in La Rioja by Bodegas Bilbainas.
The year 2013, was a vintage of cold characteristics, ideal to make wines of greater acidity, excellent for ageing on Lees.
The difficult weather during flowering, and the natural tendency of garnacha to bleed, caused the garnachas to have very little performance this year.
Cava Viña pomal Brut Reserve is yellow-gold colour, with steely nuances.
On the nose is intense and fresh. There are both notes of red fruits, white fruits and citrus. Slightly spices.
In the mouth it is fresh and friendly, well balanced. Vibrant and harmonious.
