Celler Kripta Ubac is an organic cava crafted in Sant Joan de Mediona, at 500 meters of altitude, by the renowned winery Celler Kripta founded by Agustí Torrelló Mata.
Its blend is composed of 35% Macabeu, 28% Xarel·lo and 37% Parellada, with the latter being the main variety thanks to the Mediona estate, located at 550 meters of altitude. Organic viticulture, together with an exceptional harvest and meticulous winemaking, results in a fresh, structured brut with great aging potential in the cellar. Ubac reflects the essence of mountain cavas, combining tradition, purity and authenticity.
In appearance, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a fine, persistent bubble. On the nose it reveals fresh and elegant aromas of white fruit, ripe apple and delicate floral hints. On the palate it is lively, balanced and very enticing, with refreshing acidity, a creamy bubble and a long, persistent finish that invites another sip.
