Chairman's Reserve White Label is an elegant white rum made from a meticulous blend of rums distilled for three to four years. This process uses a combination of copper and traditional Coffey stills, giving this spirit its unique character. After distillation, the rum matures in American white oak barrels that previously held bourbon, such as Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, and Buffalo Trace. This maturation process not only imparts depth and complexity to the product but is also completed with a gentle additional six-month period in oak to achieve perfect flavor pairing. The rum has an alcohol content of 40% ABV. Upon tasting, it presents a clear, translucent color, with fresh and sweet citrus notes on the nose. On the palate, the rum begins with a dry profile, evolving into a sweet flavor with hints of cream and lemon, culminating in a long, balanced finish.
