Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux Château Peybonhomme Les Tours Energies is an organic red wine that stands out for its exceptional quality and taste. Produced by the renowned Château Peybonhomme Les Tours, this wine represents the perfect fusion between tradition and modernity in winemaking.
For its production, grapes are carefully selected from Merlot and Malbec varieties, grown in a certified organic way. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo natural vinification, without the addition of chemicals, to preserve the purity and authenticity of the grapes.
During the fermentation process, a gentle and controlled extraction of the grapes' flavours and aromas is carried out to obtain a balanced and expressive wine. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for approximately 12 months, where it acquires complexity and structure.
