Château Rocheyron 2020 is a collector's wine made in the prestigious Saint-Émilion region of France. The estate spans 8.45 hectares of chalky vineyards with vines over 80 years old. This wine has been produced following organic and biodynamic principles since 2014, ensuring fruit purity and respect for the ecosystem. The 2020 vintage was characterized by a warm summer, encouraging consistent maturation of the grapes resulting in a perfect blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Vinified with minimal intervention, it ages for 14 to 18 months in French oak barrels, achieving impeccable structure. Château Rocheyron offers a limited production of fewer than 10,000 bottles annually, standing out for its exclusivity and aging potential. Its tasting presents aromas of ripe fruits and floral notes with a long, persistent finish. It is recommended to serve at 16º-18ºC, previously decanted, ideal to pair with red meats and aged cheeses.
