The red wine Clos Cypres belongs to the Priorat denomination of origin. It is made with 50% Garnacha, 35% Carignan and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon in the Bodega Costers del Priorat.
The wavy lines and the verticality of the slopes of Sant Martí draw an attractive contrast. It is the union of bravery and cultivation, of nature and ancestral wine culture. Vinification is carried out in barrels of 500 liters, where the malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Wine ages in the same barrels for 12 months.
