Cume do Avia Arraiano Branco is an organic white wine produced in the Ribeiro region by Adega Cume do Avia, from a carefully selected blend of native grape varieties such as Treixadura, Albariño, Caíño Branco, Lado, Loureira, and Jerez.
All the grapes are co-fermented in stainless steel tanks after a hand-selected harvest. The wine stands out for its sustainable approach and a winemaking process that includes malolactic fermentation and partial ageing in 1000-liter Galician chestnut barrels, where Albariño adds volume and complexity. This wine reflects the richness of the Atlantic terroir and the distinctive character of the most authentic Ribeiro.
Pale yellow in color with greenish hues, it offers an intense aromatic expression on the nose, dominated by white fruits, fresh citrus, wild herbs, and mineral touches.
