Dom Pérignon
Dom Perignon Vintage 2008 is the best known and sold luxury champagne in the world.
Owned by Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon selects to elaborate its exclusive cuvées the best grapes from the more than 1,000 hectares it possesses in the best Champagne crus.
Golden Color with greenish reflections. Aromas of fresh almonds and mowing, give way inmediatmente to the lemon confit and to the nuts. The whole is completed with deeper characters of smoked and toasted flavors. In the mouth, the first thing that seduces is its meatiness paradoxically dense and creamy.
When opening the case we discovered, with great pleasure and intensity, an excellent vintage: Dom Pérignon, intense, elegant and radiant. The promise of the divine and the profane. Dom Pérignon is always a coupage of 50% of Pinot Noir and another 50% of Chardonnay, and is only made in the best years. It is winemaking according to the normal process and remains with its sediments between 6 and 8 years in the Cavas, its current winemaker is Mr. Richard Geoffry.
