Domaine Matrot Bourgogne Rouge is an exquisite red wine produced in the Burgundy region from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The winemaking process includes cluster removal, cooling in tanks, and natural fermentation lasting 12 to 18 days. The wine matures in oak barrels for 15 months, with 10% being new barrels, and is finished in stainless steel tanks. Domaine Matrot, located in Meursault, spans 23 hectares of vineyards, including Premier Cru parcels. Since 2000, its vineyards have been organic.
