Dominio de Tares Baltos is a distinguished red wine from the Bierzo designation of origin, produced in the beautiful region of Castilla y León. Its production is carried out with special care, beginning with hand-picking, grape by grape, to ensure the quality of the grapes. The wine is fermented using its own natural yeast, contributing to the authenticity of its flavor. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging, allowing it to develop its characteristic flavor profile. Visually, Dominio de Tares Baltos exhibits an attractive intense ruby color.
