El Caire Monastrell is an excellent red wine made from Monastrell grapes from vineyards located in a region where the climatic conditions are ideal for viticulture. With vines that range from 25 to 30 years old, this wine stands out for its resulting must, which is carefully fermented in 25,000-liter stainless steel tanks, where the temperature is controlled to promote an optimal fermentation process, maintaining at about 24ºC. After fermentation, it ages for six months in barrels, adding complexity and softness to the flavor. Tasting reveals a vibrant cherry red color with violet reflections. Intense aromas of ripe fruits and a hint of vanilla are found in its aromatic profile. On the palate, it presents a powerful flavor and good acidity, balancing the sweet tannins and notes of blackberries, making it a well-balanced and harmonious wine.
