the Valdemonjas and Nogal de la Valera vineyards. Alejandro Moyano, together with Luca D'Attoma, are the oenological tandem to elaborate the wines of this winery. Committed to the environment, the winery follows a low energy cost in its processes. The winery facilities are self-sufficient, they are not connected to the water or electricity network.
THE TASTING
Medium intensity, with aromas of plum jam, spicy aromas such as clove and pepper, soft toasted notes and hints of apothecary. The palate is medium-structured, good swallow, sapid, with round tannin, good acidity and a lingering, spicy finish.
