Falcoeira "A Capilla" is a red wine produced in the D.O. Valdeorras by the renowned winemaker Telmo Rodríguez, as part of the Ladeiras do Xil project. It uses a variety of grapes such as Mencía, Brancellao, Sousón, and Garnacha, sourced from a restored vineyard once considered the most prestigious by local viticulturists in the Bibei River area. The vines grow at altitudes between 400 and 600 meters on south-facing terraces with coarse, acidic soils, contributing to the production of an intense and deep wine. This wine reflects not only the terroir but also the traditional winemaking techniques of the region, offering an experience true to its historical roots.
