Clay-limestone soils and areas covered with pebbles add complexity to this blend, composed of Maturana Blanca from the highest and steepest parts of the estate, and Garnacha Blanca from the lower, flatter zones.
Fermentation takes place mainly in stainless steel tanks over 10 days, while a small portion of the wine ferments and matures for four months in French oak barrels, adding subtle and elegant nuances.
