Fondillón Gran Reserva 50 yearsisone of the most recognized wines of the world with its own name,a centenary wine and exclusive jewel of the denomination of Origin Alicante, with five centuries of history.
Fondillón Grand reserve 50 years is a generous and embocado wine that has aged with tremendous patience in centuries-old Monoveros built IN the nineteenth century with wild American oak. This wine is born from the best essence of the Monastrell grapes, overripe in old Vines and located on the sunny slopes of the Vinalopó. It comes from a meticulous selection of the soleras of more than half a century of antiquity, which treasures Bodegas Monóvar, to finally see the light and delight with its exuberant personality.
Fondillón Grand reserve 50 years is CBright amber smell with mahogany reflections.
Very powerful, classic nose, exuberant aroma of aged Monastrell, American Centennial Oak Wood, very old wild oak. Very odorous with aromas of antique furniture and antique oak, varnish and memories of marine iodine. Honeyed notes. The touches are finely smoked and saline, always returns to the notes of old sacristy and old Woods, very pleasant memories of tofes, coffees, tobacco, carobs, fig bread and toasted almonds. Moderately raisined, with notes of Caramel and Moka.
I find amiable, not very sweet, soft, and embocado, between Acídulo and a little ardent at the first moment. Strolls quietly through the center of Boca offering notes between caramelized and ajerazadas, memories of dried fruit and raisins adjusted to its dryness and a great length that makes the wine eternal in the mouth. Powerful to the palate, concentrated and intense, the alcohol is perfectly integrated, with elegant and complex finish.
