Fuentenebro Rosado 2020 is an exquisite rosé wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the renowned Ribera del Duero region, specifically by the Fuentenebro winery. The 2021 harvest benefited from ideal climatic conditions, resulting in grapes of excellent quality despite extreme temperatures in the final months. The hand-harvest allows for selecting only the best clusters, which are then destemmed. After a brief cold maceration, the must is extracted through the bleeding process, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the wine's purity and freshness. Visually, Fuentenebro Rosado presents a pale pink, almost transparent color with a shine that makes it attractive.
