Amadip. Esment is an organization for people with intellectual disabilities and their families to enjoy and improve their quality of life and have the same opportunities as all citizens. The members of AMADIP. Esment participate actively in the whole process of creation of the wine being the main protagonists of this project
Hens & Seals is the result of a brainstorming (brainstrorming) made by members of Amadip. Esment to give name to the wine. When asked why they had chosen that name their answer was clear: the hens are funny and the seals applaud. At the same time they were asked to make drawings of hens and seals that later would serve to illustrate the label of the wine.
Hens and seals 2012 is of intense cherry colour with purplish hues. Clean and shiny, it has an abundant tear.
It exhibits a high-intensity nose in which a powerful ripe black fruit predominates accompanied by floral aromas and lactic notes that gradually leave the way to fine toast, mild spices and sweet roasted.
In the mouth is expressed tasty, fresh, medium-bodied, with good acidity and tannins an astringent point. Pleasant medium-long finish with toasted and fruity memories in its aftertaste.
