Chickens and Seals is a 2021 wine created from the collaboration between amadip esment and 4kilos Vinícola, standing out not only for its quality but also for its social impact. Amadip esment is an organization that supports people with intellectual disabilities, allowing them to actively participate in the wine-making process, making them the protagonists of this project. The name of the wine was chosen through a dynamic brainstorming process where participants suggested fun names, leading to the creation of 'Chickens and Seals'. Additionally, the label design includes drawings made by them, adding a personal and authentic touch. During the tasting of this wine, it reveals an intense cherry-red color with violet reflections. Its aromatic profile is notable, with a nose presenting powerful ripe black fruit, accompanied by floral touches and milky notes intertwined with fine toasted and spiced nuances. On the palate, the wine is characterized by being tasty and fresh, with medium body and good acidity. Its tannins are slightly astringent, contributing to a pleasant medium-long finish where toasted and fruity memories are repeated. This wine is not only a unique expression of its terroir but also a symbol of inclusion and collaboration inviting enjoyment in good company.
